Good

Lots of power outlets where you need them. Good size shower with excellent temp control. Good size pool as well as gym with well maintained equipment.

Pool and gym close at 7 pm. Access to pool and gym is only thru the breakfast area. Cleaning staff disconnected power even though I had specifically requested to leave it on for the charging of hooked up phones and laptop.

Peaceful and safe area to stay!

The staff were friendly at check-in/check-out and each time we asked for toiletries as we had DO NOT DISTURB (did not require housekeeping). We see healthy groups of travellers staying at the hotel and feel safe. The hotel room size is good and we felt comfortable for the king-sized bed although twin beds would have been great!

I would certainly stay here again!

This hotel is excellent. The room has a good size, even if not very large. It is located in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. There are several malls at walking distance and the BTS is approx 500 m away. The staff is extremely kind and helpful.

The wifi was a bit weak

Average hotel, but good location

Good location. There is a decent park nearby where people go for a run. Hotel has a small gym (a bit dated and cable machine is broken, but still better than nothing and it is free) Room was a decent size.

Cleaning should be improved. Sound insulation is passable.

Excellent place to stay and they arranged us a very quiet room therefore we could have a good night sleep and energetic for the next day conference. The only thing is the Aircon, a bit hot. Need to do maintenance

Value for money property close to many restaurants, shops and BTS station

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was good size with a very comfortable bed. The attached restaurant offers good value breakfast and other meal menus.

Only real complaint is the internet, which I found very slow and at times unusable

very nice rooms. Breakfast super!. Service was good. we could shower at the swimmingpool before we left by plane in the afternoon.

First Bangkok stay

Great location, close to BTS, down a quiet street so not too much traffic noise, nice clean comfortable room and everything worked, the staff were really nice and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Only thing that bothered me, was the noise from other rooms above and next to me when furniture was being moved around.

Everything we needed for a stop off in Bangkok.

Big comfy beds, beautifully hot shower and helpful staff. The breakfast was reasonably good for the price and we enjoyed our stay. Being able to borrow umbrellas was a bonus as it was wet during our visit. Only a short walk to Victory Monument BTS station, a mini mall with big-chain restaurants and some good local restaurants too.

Many of the taxi drivers didn't know where this was but with the help of Google maps and some basic Thai it wasn't a major issue. No spare toilet paper meant having to ring house keeping a few times which we shouldn't need to do.

good location, easy to walk to the nearest BTS Victory Monument. Very near the King Power Duty Free mall. Basic stay, comfy bed. Good internet speed.

The bed is quite comfortable with a nice Smart TV.

Room facility and decoration is just so-so, which brings down the value of money. There is no master control for the switch of lights.

Room was amazing.

Room was amazing. Large, spacious. Lovely view of the park. Bathroom was wonderful! Bed super comfortable just what we needed after flying in! Staff very accommodating.

Only downside is no balcony to enjoy the view!

Excellent stay!

Everything is likable. From the guards to receptionist. Everyone were so nice and helpful. Facilities are clean and well maintaines. Our room is very refreshing and nice. Locations is excellent as it is accessible for all kinds of transportation going to & from different parts. Quiet neighborhood. I love the little park in front of the hotel. It is also our room's view. Will definitely be back to this hotel

Great staff. Great location. Good Rooms

WiFi didn’t work. Forces you to switch off AC when you leave room and forces you to switch it back on for a long wait to cool down!!!
